Agua Poquita West

This area of the south Texas is known for producing massive whitetails due to the variety of native high protein browse. Neighboring this tract to the east and west are well established, large working ranches comprised of over 10,000 acres a piece.

Brush control has been in practice in the bottom area resulting in a thick, healthy stand of knee high native grasses. The ranch was not hunted at all this past season and in the years prior to that it was hunted only lightly by family. On a recent visit, countless deer tracks were observed traversing the property on various active game trails.
