Rare opportunity to build your own home in the only gated community within Historic Springfield. Hoyt Terrace is an enclave of single family homes grouped as a courtyard community. It began in 1895 when John H Kooker built his home deep inside a large lot on W 5th St, with the house oriented perpendicular to the street.
