Cove Acres is right next to U.S. Highway 40, the major east-west road in the area. You can camp or RV while visiting the area but you are not allowed to live in an RV on the property. The rule is that you can stay for 30 days and then would have to leave and come back at a later time. In addition to camping and RVing, these properties are very useful for storage. You cannot build a residence on these properties.
