Tract Description: The Prairie Chapel Road Tract is described as the E of the NE of Section 15, and the NW of the NW of Section 14, Township 15 South, Range 8 West, Drew County, Arkansas, containing 120 acres, more or less. The tract is located about 5 miles southwest of Lacey, Arkansas and about 6 miles northwest of Fountain Hill, Arkansas. The tract has an excellent stand of high quality mature pine sawtimber and pine and hardwood pulpwood. All boundaries are marked with teal boundary line paint. The property is accessed from Prairie Chapel Road which runs diagonally through the north eighty acres of the property.

The topography of this tract is flat to gently rolling. The soils consist of poorly drained Amy and Pheba silt loam soils and moderately well drained Savannah fine sandy loam soils. These soils offer good site index for Loblolly Pine with an average native site index of 90 Feet (base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey. According to the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map this property is not located in a 100 year flood plain. Utilities are available at the property.
