North Fountain Hill 40 is a pine plantation that was planted in 01/2020 after being harvested in 2019. Located between Fountain Hill and Lacey due west of Hwy 425. This tract has access but no deeded / written access and no utilities. It will continue to improve as an investment as well as for hunting as the pines continue to age. Accessible by logging/timber road entering in from the west side of the property. Tract has been surveyed and property lines painted.
