Brown Creek Tract

The Brown Creek Tract is located in Drew County, Arkansas southwest of Monticello. This 1,081 acre tract has a little bit of everything. The Brown Creek bottom bisects the property and contains quality hardwood timber providing an excellent wildlife corridor.
