Feel free to make the trip to check out the property. From Mountain Grove, Missouri go south on Highway 95 for about 20 miles to Highway 14. Go east on Highway 14 for about 7 miles to County Road 250 on the left (north). The maps we have show the County road as 255 BUT the road sign out there labels it as County Road 250, so please be aware of that or it can be confusing. Take County Road 250 to the gravel easement roads (shown on the map below) to get to the north side of the property. This tract does have direct frontage on Highway 14 on its south side. There is no existing approach and although you could potentially drive a truck onto the property from the highway you would need to check with the highway department to see about putting in an approach.
