The Lodge at Blue Spring was built in 2006 and is nestled on 287 gorgeous acres! Nothing was left out when constructing this home! This 6700 SF 8 Bedroom, 8.5 bath lodge overlooks a natural Blue Spring which is located just off the back deck!

A bricked column entry greats you as you enter the property! There is a mile long paved driveway that meanders through pecan trees, planted pines and along the ponds edge to the lodge. A chime inside the lodge alerts you of visitors as they proceed up the driveway. The Lodge is unassuming from the outside, but once inside it is warm and welcoming with vaulted ceilings, tremendous exposed beams, large open spaces, and windows that afford views of the amazing Blue Spring that is just off the back deck!
The Lodge features a tremendous stacked stone fireplace in the main room of the lodge as well as on the outdoor kitchen porch! The kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, cooper range hood, top grade stainless steel appliances and an open feel that welcomes friends and family to join at the bar! There is also a service kitchen conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and the garage entrance.
There is a comfortable corner of the main living area that is perfect for games, cards, reading a book or just grabbing a quick nap while watching the spring!
The dining room features a custom made table that accomodates twelve.
The Master bedroom wing features two spacious bedrooms that are joined by a breakfast kitchen. Custom closets, walk in showers, Jacuzzi, a private office , and of course view of the Spring are other features of the Master wing of Blue Spring Lodge.
TWO HOURS SOUTH OF ATLANTA JUST OFF I-75!! CLOSE TO LAKE BLACKSHEAR AND GEORGIA VETERANS STATE PARK, where there are hotel, banquet, and meeting facilities!!
There is also a third bedroom downstairs, a gun safe and storage for hunting accessories.
Upstairs at the Lodge there are 5 bedrooms and five baths. Three of the bedrooms have two queen size beds.
The lodge features wide plank river bottom pine floors, tile, and carpet. There is a security system, satellite TV, three car garage, an enclosed shop, and an attached covered shelter. A gorgeous 32 acre pond sits in front of the house. There is a 6 inch permitted well, concrete spillway, and dock on the pond. It is a great fishing pond and perfect spot for duck hunting.
The remaining property is comprised of long leaf planted pines, crop land, pecan trees, and open space. This is truly a private getaway paradise! Recreation and relaxation start the moment you turn into the driveway!
