The current owners very tastefully designed the layout of this luxury country life getaway all overlooking a gorgeous view of the lake or sunset. There are a total of six private stand-alone sleeping cabins consisting of one bedroom and one bath. Two of these are larger upscale, more luxurious cabins with covered parking. In addition to the sleeping cabins there is a separate kitchen cabin and game room cabin. The beautifully designed game room cabin has a large bar, wood burning fireplace, two big screen TVs, and a pool table. The kitchen/dining cabin is fully equipped with refrigerators, freezer, electric range, washer/dryer hookups and dining tables. The living improvements surround a fantastic outdoor pavilion, which according to the owner tends to be where the most time is spent. It provides two grills (propane and wood burning), a small outside sink, TV and wood burning fireplace. In addition to the pavilion there is a large outdoor rock fire pit where the warmth of the campfire, star filled nights and great company can be experienced.

Water on the ranch is abundant. With the serene lake being located just outside of the fenced area of the improvements. The lake is stocked with Florida bass, bluegill, and fathead minnows. There is a Carrizo water well serving the water needs that supplies the house, lake, and yard irrigation system.

The ranch is game fenced and is home to multiple exotics and native wildlife. Exotics include zebras, wildebeest, scimitar, and axis. There are also whitetail deer, hogs, and other animals natural to the area. Multiple feeding stations with corn and protein feeders are positioned around the property for the animals. It is common for the wildlife to be viewed and enjoyed from the gated lodging area. If you really like to get outdoors, then take a ride around the property in an ATV to view the animals and see the land.
