Located at the headquarters is a nice fully furnished two bed one bath ranch cabin which is the main residence. In addition, there is an older two bed one bath bunk house.
Other improvements consist of a large metal barn that is 30 X 40 enclosed on concrete slab with 24 x 40 covered awnings on each side. There is one 8 x 21 metal storage container and also an older 12 x 48 portable office building that can be upgraded to house additional guests or used as storage.
All hunting blinds and wildlife feeders will convey with the property along with a 2 Ton All Seasons Auger Trailer.
There are two water wells on the ranch. One well supplies water to the headquarters and also to a half-acre stock pond located on the front portion of the ranch. The second well supplies water to an additional stock pond located on the back portion of the property.
