Location/Access: The Croton Ranch is located in the northeast-quadrant of Dickens County, being approximately 5 miles east and approximately 4.5 miles north of Dickens, Texas. Access is good, being by graded CR 242 on the north.
General Description: The terrain of Croton Ranch varies from gently sloping mesquite country to rougher and rolling cedar hillsides. This ranch has an elevation change of +/-200 feet. This entire property generally drains to the south to Boggy Creek which is located just south of the ranch. This property has been well managed over the years, with very little hunting pressure. The grass turf is in excellent condition.
