This ranch has 1.54 miles of Guadalupe River frontage. Huge Cypress trees on the river bank and other big trees and brush along the river bottom and creek create a good habitat for deer, turkey, hogs, and other wildlife. The balance of the ranch is fairly open grassland with big trees and brush interspersed. Two shallow water wells, one tank, and the big river furnish ample water. The ranch has 1.6 miles of frontage on blacktop Thomaston River Road.
The ranch is located approximately 10 miles south of Cuero and approximately 18 miles north of Victoria on Highway 87, then left on Thomaston River Road.
