The R Bar N Ranch is a highly productive and impeccably maintained agricultural operation with excellent cash flow. The ranch consists of approximately 3,017 deeded acres, of which around 1,500 acres are currently irrigated by a combination of 12 pivot sprinklers, wheelines and other traditional irrigation methods.
