Over a half mile of both sides of the South Platte River channel!  This 201.5 acre accretion property is located on the south channel between Cozad and Lexington Nebraska. This is an excellent area for wild turkey, White Tail deer, and waterfowl. The channel is wide in this area and stays open through the winter. There are numerous old slough paths that are just begging to be dug out to host ducks in spring fed, open water. Rubs and sheds are found all over this property. There is a large elevated tree stand on the east end of the property with a wide shooting lane chain-sawed through the cottonwoods.  There is a narrow strip of Wildlife Management Area located to the north of this property that is only accessible by foot and does not have waterfowl blinds. Hunters attempting to harvest deer in this area will only push them straight down into this property.  The land on the north side of the channel provides an ample barrier so that your hunting excursions are peaceful and uninterrupted.  The property is fenced and has been surveyed.
