These 2 tracts of Platte River bottom ground are fantastic hunting honey holes. There are feedlots in the area along with warm water sloughs that hold lots of waterfowl. Tract 1 has a tributary of the Platte River running through it. The advantage of this is that the owner controls both sides of the river. It would provide excellent waterfowl hunting as well as turkey and deer hunting. Tract 2 has some magnificent accretion land itself.
