LOCATION: From the intersection of Hwy 54 and Boston Laffoon Road, approximately 10.5 miles east of Owensboro, go south 4.5 miles, then left on Deserter Creek Road for approximately one mile; property will be on the left. Watch for signs!
Per the deed the property contains 91.6 acres with 93.2 ft. of blacktop frontage.
The property consists primarily of wooded ground with an abundance of wildlife and trails as well as a large power line easement running through it.
It has a mature stand of very good timber that will be offered separately, with the right being reserved to offer the land and timber together.

LOCATION: From the intersection of Main Street and Walnut Street (Ridge Road) go north approximately 1.7 miles; property will be on the right hand side of Ridge Road.
Per deed the property consists of two tracts containing a total of 21 acres
Both tracts will be sold together
Terms: 10% down day of sale with balance due within 30 days. The sellers have not done a mineral title search. The sellers will convey all mineral rights that they own whether it that be all, part or none. 2012 taxes will be paid by the seller. Timber contract will be available from the auctioneers.
