When it comes to giant whitetail deer and the management in this area, I don't think you can beat this farm anywhere in Dallas County....just look at the numerous trail camera pictures from 2015 alone. The aerial photos show how this farm takes advantage of the cover along Mosquito Creek, which serves as a perfect funnel to the timber on the North and South ends. The property is surrounded by crops, which provide a fantastic food source. 14.5 m/l acres of open areas on the farm (50.9 CSR 2) could easily be converted to bedding cover, pasture, row crop, or food plots. Inside the timber, two secluded food plots have already been established, and soybeans have been left standing on the north 4.5 acres of the farm as a winter food source.
