Soils consist of fine sandy loams and site index for loblolly pine averaging 80 feet (base age fifty years). Pine plantations are well-stocked. Contains a total of 80 acres, more or less. Access is via gated woods road along pipeline off CR Dallas 326. (Gate can be unlocked with 5757 combo.) Terrain is relatively flat. Sixty-six acres were sprayed with Chopper and Accord and burned in July 2004, planted with 2nd Generation Weyerhaeuser loblolly pine seedlings in February 2005, and herbaceous weed control sprayed with Arsenal and Oust in April 2005. The remaining thirteen acres comprise SMZ which contains an estimated 200 tons of hardwood pulpwood.
