Really enjoyed the day looking at this one. Here’s a nice size all timber tract in the southcentral part of the state. There is a gated entrance that leads to the beginnings of a cabin. Floor joist and bracing is done so all you need to do is build it on up. From there follow the road down into the bottom where you hit the creek and take break. This is a hardwood tract with some marketable timber. You will notice it’s a closed canopy stand and you can see for quite a distance. Followed the creek on down to the property line and cut up onto the center ridge. It’s a nice wide ridgetop with all kinds of potential. Plenty of wild game sign was seen while going through this one and taking pictures. The property is within easy driving distance to Dale Hollow Lake, Lake Cumberland and Green River Lake.
