Dumbrill Creek Ranch

Dumbrill Creek Ranch is a very well-watered property with excellent grasslands, good hunting, and convenient access. The Ranch is ten miles west of Sundance, Wyoming, just 3 miles south of I-90 on Wagner Road. The ranch fences are in good condition, with excellent water from wells, ponds, and Dumbrill Creek. Dumbrill Creek Ranch will run about 100 pairs through the grazing season.

Dumbrill Creek Ranch is excellently fenced. There are currently no structures on the property providing the opportunity to improve the property as desired.

Recreation

The hunting on the ranch is suitable for Antelope, Mule Deer, and some upland birds, including sharp-tail grouse, Hungarian partridge, and an occasional Sage Grouse. Waterfowl hunting can be excellent during early season hunts. Nearby Keyhole Reservoir offers excellent opportunities for walleye, crappie, catfish, pike, and bass.
