Dumbrill Creek Ranch is a very well-watered property with excellent grasslands, good hunting, and convenient access. The Ranch is ten miles west of Sundance, Wyoming, just 3 miles south of I-90 on Wagner Road. The ranch fences are in good condition, with excellent water from wells, ponds, and Dumbrill Creek. Dumbrill Creek Ranch will run about 100 pairs through the grazing season.

This area is known for short summers, with the occasional rain shower in the afternoon. The hottest month is July, with an average high of 81 degrees. The growing season is Mid-May to Mid-September. History
Sundance, Wyoming, is rich in Native American Heritage. The town was established in 1875 as a trading post for teams of horses pulling wagons. It is situated along the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountain range in the heart of the Wyoming Black Hills. It is a short distance from Devil’s Tower, Keyhole Recreational Park, Spearfish Canyon, Crazy Horse, and Mount Rushmore.
