There are a few red oak and other species scattered in for variety but the majority is mast producing white oaks. On the ridges, multiple small stands of off species have been removed leaving pockets of heavy bedding cover. Some of these could also be cleared for strategic food plots.
One 7+/- acre ridgetop field is not in the MFL program. It is currently in grass and would be perfect for a larger wildlife food plot or renting out for a little extra income. This would also be a great spot to set up for a spring gobbler.
When its time to head in for the day, youll appreciate the 1250+/- square foot home on the property. As the story goes, it was originally built in the 1860s and rebuilt in the 1960s.
