I have walked this property several times over the past week, the deer sign is well above average. I couldn't believe the rub lines - trees larger than my thighs and chest high! It's not just one or two rubs here and there, but multiple trees. The trails are worn down to bare dirt; the browse lines on the brush are very visible; high deer density. This property has served as a Big Buck sanctuary for years. You will see Booners on this farm, and it is up to you if you harvest them or not. It is located in a natural funnel along Raccoon Creek, surrounded by large tracts of agriculture and large tracts of timber. As you can see from the photos, the property has the thick brush needed to hold deer. You can hunt this farm on any wind condition.
