The tract is located one (1) miles southeast of Alma, Arkansas. Access is frontage on Hamer Road with internal gated woods road. Terrain is flat to gently rolling with small pond. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages seventy-seven (77) feet on silt loam soils. Timber consists of mature pine plantation and hardwoods. Tract offers excellent opportunity for residential development, timber income and hunting / recreation. Property is just north of Frog Bayou WMA, which is great for duck hunting.
