A timbered lined wet weather drainage cuts diagonally through the south part of the property creating a natural travel corridor for whitetail deer as well as an additional drainage on the north end of the property that runs into the pond that is located on the property. The area around the pond as well as the remainder of the property has multiple dense thickets, and patches of timber including Persimmon groves that create ideal habitat for wildlife. The multiple scrapes and rubs that are highly visible along the edges of these patches and thickets, confirm this and leave little doubt about the resident whitetail deer population.
