Coldwater Bluffs
Description: Cold Water Bluffs has over a mile of Pigeon Creek frontage. The Bluffs has the potential of being your private hidden treasure. River properties are prone to some flooding. This one is unique in that it has high dry relatively flat ground on the entrance end. This makes this particular property special and easy to set up and enjoy. There are many suitable building sites out the flood zone overlooking the river bottom. None of Coldwater Bluffs is across the creek.

Turn right onto AL-55 N and go 8.3 miles. Take a right onto Lloyd Mill Rd and travel 3.7 miles. Turn right onto Berry Rd and the property will be on the left in 0.9 miles.
