Coldwater Bluffs

Description: Cold Water Bluffs has over a mile of Pigeon Creek frontage. The Bluffs has the potential of being your private hidden treasure. River properties are prone to some flooding. This one is unique in that it has high dry relatively flat ground on the entrance end. This makes this particular property special and easy to set up and enjoy. There are many suitable building sites out the flood zone overlooking the river bottom. None of Coldwater Bluffs is across the creek.

The Bluffs has over 20 acres in planted pines that appear to be 12-14 years of age and are on the highest ground of the property which is above the stone bluffs. I have never encountered these features on any property in this part of the state. Less than half of this property is in the flood zone.

Access: Head north on Western Bypass for 0.5 miles. Continue onto River Falls St 476 ft. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto US-84 W/River Falls St and continue to follow US-84 W 3.8 miles. Turn right onto AL-55 N and go 8.3 miles. Take a right onto Lloyd Mill Rd and travel 3.7 miles. Turn right onto Berry Rd and the property will be on the left in 0.9 miles.
