Terrain: The RJ Dunlap Ranch is an excellent hunting and recreational property located in the big country of West Texas. Located halfway between Childress and Paducah, Texas just 1.5 miles west of Highway 83 and about halfway between Wichita Falls, Lubbock, and Abilene areas. The existing fencing is in good condition and a double-gated entrance provides a secure entrance to the property on the south side.
