McClendon Quarter

This 165.96 +/- acres is located just 3.5 miles northeast of Paducah, in Cottle County, TX, within a 3.5-4 hr drive from DFW metroplex. It is all native pasture with big trees through out, a fenced perimeter and county road frontage!
