Hunting Land near the Triangle Ranch

This 161.5 acre property is 1/2 mile by 1/2 mile large, with road frontage along the west side. It is located in the Hackberry community of Cottle County, Texas, towards the end of a dead-end road, approximately ten minutes from the town of Paducah. The land lays just half a mile from the 120,000 acre Triangle Ranch and the Wichita River Valley on both its north and east side.

The ranch doesnt seem to have any hunting pressure around it, and I havent seen any blinds or feeders on the neighbors. You will find whitetail deer and feral hog here, with the potential for quail too. The ranch has not been grazed or hunted in years and just needs some feeders in place to start locking in game. The terrain is rolling, with flat areas that could be broken out into food plots.
