This 640 deeded acres of cropland and pasture is located in northwest Corson County. Access is by a county gravel road and a section line trail. The south boundary is bordered by 111th Street which a county maintained-gravel road. The property is basically in two parts: the cropland portion and the pasture portion. The cropland portion, 450 acres, includes about 400 acres of fields and 50 acres of areas that are rougher or drainages that cannot be farmed; however, these areas can be grazed after harvest, if desired. These areas also provide habitat for wildlife, especially deer and pheasant. The 190 acres of pasture is fenced separately and has a well and a dam for livestock water. If the cropland areas were to be grazed, the well and dam can provide livestock water during the grazing period.
