WILDLIFE: Whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, bobcat, coyote, feral hog, and gray fox are all common on the property, and small game such as cottontail rabbit, raccoon (even an albino has been seen), opossum, skunks, fox squirrels, armadillo and a large variety of song birds.

MINERAL RIGHTS: 100% of the mineral rights are believed to be intact and will convey with acceptable offer. There is no production on the property, and no pipelines. The oil and gas rights are not leased out.

VEGETATION: All native vegetation on the ranch for both grasses and trees. Grasses include common bermuda, grama grass, bluestems, Indian grass, buffalo grass, and vetch and clover.
