Located about 20 minutes north of Denton and within the Lake Ray Roberts corridor, this 12.5 acre tract adjoins Corps of Engineer Open Space land that leads to the shores of Lake Ray Roberts.
This wooded acreage has loads of character with varied elevations, a creek, large native rock, sandy loam soil and plenty of pretty oak trees. Being this close to the lake, there’s also plenty of wildlife that calls this area home. There are several good building sites that will provide a quiet, secluded setting or you could build on the east side of the property near Corps, which opens up into a small coastal pasture.
The property is deed restricted requiring a minimum of 2,300 square feet of living space, no mobile or manufactured homes and one horse or cow per acre. At this time, the adjoining property to the north, which is another 12.5 acre tract, is also available.
