Hay production in these irrigated pastures generally yields between 3-5 1100-pound bales per acre of Bermuda/Crabgrass mix and provides 4-6 cuts per year.

The Sandy River Ranch easily supports 250 head of mixed cattle and has been used to graze as many as 650 yearling cattle along with supplemental feeding. Recreational opportunities are abundant with the south end of the property home to a long, narrow 50-acre strip featuring over 2/3 mile of Arkansas River frontage. Excellent fishing and camping can be found on the river and subsequent inlets. The mixed cover along the river is home to abundant numbers of whitetail deer.
