This is a fantastic hunting ranch that is very secluded and offers tremendous diversity. It had Walnut Creek runnig through it with a high bluff overlooking the creek. Walnut creek has huge Pecan, Black Walnut, Live Oak and other native trees lining both banks. The entire place has great variety of native vegetation including, Red Bud, Cat Claw, Shinnery Oak, Sumac, Spanish Oak, Mesquite and several varieties of low brush that all provide great habitat and browse for deer and other wildlife. Walnut Creek is a rock and gravel bottom creek with clear water that generally runs year round. Due to extreme drought conditions that last two years it is not currently running, but does still have some hole with water in them.
