``The Gate House``

The gate house is a beautiful stoic structure that sits along the road as you enter the ranch. The house has three beautiful rooms that open up to a gravel terrace that sits just above a pasture below.

``The Compound``

As you drive through the beautiful entrance of the compound you will notice the detail and quality of work that has been done. This compound features a casita, gymnasium, garage, and a 1930 German house that lies within a grove of massive 100 year old oak trees surrounded by beautiful pastures.

WATER: This ranch has potential to create some amazing water features. With a wet weather creek traversing the property and plenty of run off the property has potential to build a 3-5 acre lake. The ground water is also excellent, the improvements are supplemented by a water well.

TERRAIN: The ranch sits over a natural seep creating beautiful terrain covered in massive oaks and native grasses. Most of the ranch has been left in its natural state with the exception of roads to traverse the property, and selected invasive brush clearing.

WILDLIFE: Rancho La Roca is a low fenced ranch that has been managed to supplement and create ideal habitat for native wildlife. The ranch is home to whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, mourning dove and much more.
