RANCH NAME: Rancho La Roca
ADDRESS: 16025 FM 32
COMMENTS: 148 +/- acres in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The ranch is located on state highway 32 between Wimberley and Blanco. The ranch has gorgeous rolling terrain covered with beautiful large Live Oaks. There is an excellent site for a 3 - 5 acre lake which would fed by a wonderful wet weather creek that traverses the southern part of the property. There are several buildings on the ranch that are part of an intriguing Spanish mission compound concept. To date the Gate House has been constructed at the main entrance as well as a gymnasium, garage and guest house that the owners have used during construction. Although the project is not finished, the quality of construction is excellent and allows the next owner the opportunity to complete this fascinating project.

``The Gate House``
The gate house is a beautiful stoic structure that sits along the road as you enter the ranch. The house has three beautiful rooms that open up to a gravel terrace that sits just above a pasture below.
``The Compound``
As you drive through the beautiful entrance of the compound you will notice the detail and quality of work that has been done. This compound features a casita, gymnasium, garage, and a 1930 German house that lies within a grove of massive 100 year old oak trees surrounded by beautiful pastures.
WATER: This ranch has potential to create some amazing water features. With a wet weather creek traversing the property and plenty of run off the property has potential to build a 3-5 acre lake. The ground water is also excellent, the improvements are supplemented by a water well.
TERRAIN: The ranch sits over a natural seep creating beautiful terrain covered in massive oaks and native grasses. Most of the ranch has been left in its natural state with the exception of roads to traverse the property, and selected invasive brush clearing.
EXEMPTIONS: Wildlife Exempt
WILDLIFE: Rancho La Roca is a low fenced ranch that has been managed to supplement and create ideal habitat for native wildlife. The ranch is home to whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, mourning dove and much more. The property has had little to no hunting pressure over the years and has been used to mostly observe the native wildlife. -2/21/2018
