MEMBERSHIP OWNERSHIP: There are three ownerships of the club in which one ownership has a 40% interest and three ownerships a 20% interest each. After the sale, there will be five equal ownership interests of 20% each.

WILDLIFE EASEMENT & FARMING: The southern part of the property consists of approximately 200 acres of seasonal marsh which is protected in perpetuity by a wildlife easement. The north part of the property is farmed to rice which has approximately 380 farmable acres.
