California Duck Club | 20% Ownership Interest
Colusa County, California
This historical duck club started in the early 1900s and shoots extremely well. At one time the club had 26 members in 1930 and an old brochure of the property is available for viewing which is quite interesting. The farming income pays for expenses and maintenance each year with any surplus funds saved for future improvements. This farming acreage is quite valuable and the California Club is one of the last great properties in the Butte Sink which has kept a portion of their property in farming. Lastly, in addition to ducks and geese, the club has great pheasant, dove, quail, and deer hunting. Please call now to view this exceptional property.
