From McKinney go north on Hwy. 75 and take the Bonham 121 exit in Melissa going north. Proceed about 13 miles to Hwy 160 and take a right (east) at the 4-way stop light onto Hwy. 160. Then a fairly quick left after the cemetery onto Hwy. 78 North. Proceed another 8 miles and go right (east) on FM 981. Go about 4 miles and turn right onto CR 673, continue on and cross Bear Creek, then up the hill watch for CR 675 on the left. Left on CR 675. The larger tract that this 10 acres is cut out of begins at the corner of CR 673 & 675.
