The Padgett Tract is conveniently located ~55 miles from both Charleston & Savannah, ~75 miles from Columbia, and a short ~7 miles to I-95. The tract is accessed off of HWY 21 on Shiloh Loop road which has minimal traffic and provides privacy and quiet. The Little Salkehatchie River runs through its western side.
The timber component of the property consists of merchantable pine, natural pine/hardwood, and hardwood bottoms along the Little Salkehatchie River.
The internal road system provides ample access to the tract. Power is available at Shiloh Loop road should the new owner decide to build.
The diversity of timber stands along with the Little Salkehatchie River frontage provides excellent habitat for Whitetail Deer, turkey and waterfowl. This area is also renown for its Redbreast Bream fishing.
