Description: The Walking Three Ranch was once a part of the Joseph Phillip Morris Ranch land that was established in 1883 in Coleman County. There are numerous potential lake sites scattered throughout the ranch for the addition of more surface water if desired.

Improvements: The main ranch house is approximately 3,000 square feet, and has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large great room, a separate bar area and a fireplace. It is located near the entrance of the ranch and was remodeled in 2002. The ranch house has central heat and air, and water is provided by Coleman County Water SUD. Flooring throughout the house consists of carpet and tile and there is a large metal carport near the house. A fence encloses the yard where a large, Live Oak tree shades the BBQ pit area barns and storage shed. The majority of the ranch improvements are located near the front entrance of the ranch. Wildlife: This area of Coleman County is known for producing some large quality whitetail bucks as well as good population of dove, quail and turkey.
