370 Acres in Tuscumbia, AL - $320,000

This property is almost totally surrounded by the State of Alabama, Forever Wild Wildlife Management Area. It lies on broad ridges that overlook Dry Creek on the north, and Buzzard Roost Creek on the south. The timber was cut from the property in 2004, with well defined stream zones being left along the creeks.

The Seller purchased the property the property in 1967. At that time the boundaries had been surveyed and were marked with paint in the same location that they exist today. The property is described as 320 acres, but as marked by these boundary lines the property is estimated to be 370 acres or more. The seller will be giving the Buyer a warranty deed for 320 acres, a quit claim deed for the additional acreage, and a complete history of ownership that documents the Sellers management history on the whole 370 acres, including the recent timber sale in 2004.
