This fantastic hunting and recreational ranch is just 30 minutes from San Angelo and consists of 332 +/- acres of native rangeland with highway frontage on FM 2333! Mule Creek traverses the north part of the property with some large pecan trees along with seasonal or wet weather pockets of water. An old hunter's camp resides under the canopy of the towering pecan trees on the creek. The west side of the property is fairly level with mixed mesquite and cedar flats that transition up 100 feet to the rocky hillside on the east. The ranch has been grazed and hunted in previous years. The ranch has full perimeter fencing and there's one large surface pond. There's one old cased water well but the condition is unknown. Primary brush species include mesquite, juniper, a few hackberry, tasajillo, prickly pear, algerita, white brush, catclaw, and ephedra.
