The hay fields are well-drained and producing good rolls of hay. They could also be used to plant large food plots and provide supplemental feeding for the wildlife.
The creek enters the tract on the south and flows out through the Northwest corner. It maintains constant water, even during the recent drought. The creek bottom is thickly wooded and the beavers have constructed a fine dam and nice little pond.
