We are excited to offer this 509.54 +/- acres of farmland in cooperation with Eslabon Properties. The property is in a very productive part of Cochran County between Morton and Whiteface. This property is a mix of irrigated and dryland farmland with perimeter fence.

Farmland

There are 509.54 +/- acres of cultivated land, consisting of approximately 260 acres of irrigated ground, and the remaining 249 acres being dryland. Three pivots are currently operating covering 35, 75, and 150 acres each. The current water being produced is 435 gallons per minute.

Water

There are 10 wells on the property of which 7 are in operation producing 445 gpm. Well 8 does not have a pump but should produce around 50 gpm. Well 10 is not tied in nor being used. Well 11 is capped off. Without the 2 wells that are capable of production there are 435 gpm or 1.7 gallons per wet acre.
