This is a nice property on the edge of the Sandhills close to the state line. The property has historically produced cotton and other row crops but was enrolled in the CRP program in 2021. Wildlife is abundant in the area with mule deer, quail, hogs, sandhill crane, and dove being the most prevalent. There are pronghorns in the area if a landowner wants to pursue the permit process. This property borders the Lehman Ranch which has produced some incredible Mule Deer over the years.
