awesome full finished basement with bar, family room and sauna. The sauna is included and will stay. There is also a gas fireplace in the "extra room" in the basement and a possible bedroom/office, although there are no egress windows in that room.

The original portion of the house is very nice, however when you walk through the door leading into the master suite addition, you will really enjoy the large rooms and the great view of the back of the property. Honestly, there are great views from nearly every room in the house.

Walking outside and into the "back yard" you'll see a pole barn that is partially heated and has it's own workshop area. Continuing on northward you'll pass the pond and enter the trails that have been

cut to navigate through the wooded section which covers more than half of the north side of the property.
