The Randall Road Tract has public access off gravel Cleveland CR 89 (Hill Harper Road) with 1,500 feet of gravel road frontage on the north and south side of the road. Power is available on the property along CR 89. The timber consists of pre-merchantable well stocked industrial grade 2012 pine plantation. Two native surface woods roads on the property provide access to the north and south ends of the property. According to NRCS Web Soil Survey the soils on the property are predominantly moderately well drained fine sandy loam to loam soil types with an average native site index of 81 feet (base age 50).
