Mt. Carmel Tract The Mt. Carmel Tract is located in northern Cleveland County, about 1.5 miles east of Highway 79 in an area of private and industry timberland properties. The tract has a well stocked pine plantation stand that was thinned about 2 years ago and is presently growing into a fine stand of small pine sawtimber. The timber in this stand offers income potential as it grows into larger pine sawtimber. The property has about 16 acres of pine timber and 4 acres of mixed hardwoods along a creek channel. The pine stand consists of predominately small pine sawtimber and pulpwood.

The topography of the tract is gently rolling with primarily Pheba silt loam and Wehadkee soils and a re-ported site index for loblolly pine of about 90 feet (Base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey. A small creek flows through the tract offering water for wildlife. The pine plantation and mixed hardwoods offer a great timber investment with near term harvest potential.
