The Denney Ranch is located in northwestern Clay County, 3.5 miles north of Petrolia and 25 miles east of Wichita Falls. It has asphalt frontage on the south side of FM 810.

Quality whitetail deer are known to be in this area of Clay County. The Wichita River is located less than a mile to the north of the property. Other wildlife known to be in the area is hogs, bobcats, coyotes, dove, quail, duck and turkey to name a few.
