The Stanfield Ranch is located in northeast Clay County, 12 miles north of Ringgold and 20 miles northeast of Henrietta. It's a short 1.5 mile drive from FM 2332 (asphalt paved) down Zachary Lane which is gravel and dirt paved. The Little Wichita River is approximately 1 mile south and the Red River is approximately 2 miles east. For the most part this ranch is surrounded by large acreage neighbors.

The land is about half wooded and half farmland. There is 47 acres of farmland on the eastern half along Zachary Lane. This land is primarily level with good fertile soils. The west half is primarily wooded with mesquites and a few scattered oaks. This portion has rolling to sloping terrain with great views. There are two stock ponds and a seasonal creek on the back of the property, or western most portion.
