Here is a great tract for the recreational buyer wanting fishing, hunting and canoeing with a good location to I-35. There are several good building site for a home or get-away cabin. The farm was put in the Conservation Reserve Program in 2009 and 2011 in anticipation of building the ponds and wetlands area.
