Tract is described as Pt. of NE, E of SE, Section 33, Township 10 South, Range 19 West, containing a total of 220 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is one-quarter-mile of frontage on gravel East Whelen Road plus internal ATV trails. Terrain is flat with several creeks including Wolf Creek. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-five (85) feet on silt and fine sandy loam soils.
Timber consists of 14-year-old natural regeneration with scattered merchantable pine seed trees; ocular estimates suggest 2,500 tons of pine sawtimber, 2,000 tons of pine pulpwood, and 600 tons of hardwood pulpwood.
